Getting in better shape for golf is probably one of the most significant improvements you can make to shave more strokes off of your golf game. I work with many golfers in my area to help them improve their bodies to play better golf everyday. I’ve seen a lot of exercises, tips and techniques about how to do that. Some work and a lot don’t. As a golf fitness trainer myself, I only want to give my golf clients the best and most effective exercises to help improve their golf game.

One of my biggest resources is Mike Pedersen’s Ultimate Golf Fitness Guide. I have found it to be a cut above the rest out there in products that are claiming to help improve your fitness for golf. Mike has a true love for golf and an extensive knowledge of fitness and exercise for golfers and has put together several products that help golfers out to improve their fitness and play their best golf. It is seriously one of the best products out there if you really want to make changes in the most essential component to your golf game - your body.
